Forza Raspberry K2

Designed to assist with weight loss, the Forza raspberry capsules contain antioxidants and caffeine, both of which work improve exercise performance whilst reducing the signs of ageing and raising alertness. Also with vitamin K2, a unique component which gives a high level of bone support, these capsules have a luscious raspberry flavour taken from the freshest berries for a refreshing taste.

Each capsule contains 200mg of caffeine, the equivalent to two cups of coffee, whilst added resveratrol provides strong anti-oxidant properties found in grape skins. Directions for use:

• Take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 1 capsule in the afternoon with lunch. Those who are sensitive to caffeine should start with just 1 capsule per day. You should try to avoid taking the capsules on an empty stomach.
• Do not take more than 2 capsules at a time and never exceed 4 capsules in a single day. Take each serving with a full glass of water. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take this product after 3pm.
